Thomas House
700 Lincoln Ave
This is a well preserved example of wood frame miner housing. Miner Nicholas Thomas, Jr., whose parents were among Louisville’s early British settlers, built the house circa 1904. The house was owned by the Thomases for over 100 years.

Trailhead’s New Team Member
We are pleased to welcome John Mulholland to the Trailhead family! John hails from Austin, TX and has just made the move to CO to be our new Registered Client Services Associate.

John will be adding his experience in the finance industry to our Operations team, helping clients with their account services and transactional needs. Beyond great client experience, John gets in touch with his creative side through painting! Pictured here is a collection he painted during a family Easter celebration.

We look forward to all that John will bring to Trailhead, and the CO fun we get to introduce him to! Be sure to say hi to him next time you see him around town.

Be on the LDBA Board!
The Louisville Downtown Business Association is still seeking applicants for our Board of Directors. The Board determines the policy direction of the Association, sponsors events (including the Street Faire, special projects and events, etc.), advocates for Downtown business, initiates and implements Downtown improvement projects (such as the original Main Street patios), produces the Downtown Dialogue and other website/media communications, and anything we and our members feel passionate about. The Board is most interested in candidates who will interface with the Downtown services sector and who will assist with communications, IT and graphics, and can commit to a 3 year term. The Board meets monthly, currently at 8:00 am on the second Thursday of the month. Please send letters of interest and a brief summary of qualifications to downtownlouisvilleco.com. Thank you!
