If you’ve never tried yoga before, taking your first class can be intimidating. To help ease the stress we invite you to join us at our Intro to Yoga class, offered the first Wednesday of each month. In each class, one of our certified yoga teachers will provide you with an introduction to yoga, explain the benefits yoga has to offer, and prepare you for what to expect when you walk into the studio.
