The Spring Member Art Show features local artists throughout Boulder County. The opening Reception will take place from 6-8 pm on April 5. There will also be a Business Community Coffee on April 5 from 9:30-11:30 am and a Senior Community Tea on April 4, from 2-4pm. Show your support of our local artists and attend one of these events. Newly arrived Louisville resident Martin Ogle will consider new ways of thinking about history and the built environment, viewing them in the context of and as related to our local landscape and natural setting. Martin was Chief Naturalist for the Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority for 27 years and was active in local historical organizations.
Anne Hutchinson and Banishment

Why was Anne Hutchinson banished from the Massachusetts Bay Colony in 1636 and what defense did she mount against her persecutors? This talk will answer these questions through an exploration of the trial transcript from Hutchinson's first secular trial and a discussion of banishment in early New England in general.
Presented by Nan Goodman, professor of English at CU Boulder. This program is co-sponsored by CU Outreach.

This two-part series features Christine Vasquez, Owner of FORK Social Lab, teaching people how to take their ideas and turn them into reality through creativity, innovation and building relationships. The second part will feature Mark Yager, founder of eCrossCulture discussing tips on successfully obtaining a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant. Mark will focus on teaching the method he used in successfully funding 20 projects with SBIR grants over the years.
Young Writers Conference
