CenterStage Theatre Company is the theatre place for Boulder and Louisville’s kids, youth, and emerging artists. CSTC is dedicated to extending quality theatre to the Colorado community — especially in Boulder County.
CenterStage provides a rich atmosphere that leads young people into excellence in the vast world of theatre arts; thus building confidence, self-esteem, community awareness, and friendships that last a lifetime.
CenterStage’s Tapestry Theatre casts actors, ages 11+, with special needs in lead roles, and peer mentor actors as understudies and support. Lead actors and ensemble members are partnered during the rehearsal and performance process. Tapestry Theatre provides actors with an opportunity to participate in Theatre in an environment that is safe, welcoming, adaptive and inclusive. This creates a community that encourages youth to experience diversity and forge long lasting friendships, culminating in high quality musical productions.
